$2 tacos and $2.50 for tacos with cheese! The chicken with cheese is fantastic! This spot will be forever goated.

Best tacos in LA! I used to live in Mexico City before coming to LA and these tacos are as good as the ones you get there. I highly recommend the ‘suadero taco’.

I seriously wish I could give the food more than 5 ⭐!! For $2 per taco and $7 burritos, HOW CAN YOU GO WRONG?! This spot is the legit spot to go for street tacos! With meat choices like Al-pastor, asado, chorizo, tripa, lengua, cabeza… the flavor profiles are sure to make anyone a happy camper! The staff is ultra friendly and always in a good mood and I’ve eaten here at least 5 times already, always had amazing service. And parking is not an issue at all! You have the whole Ralph’s parking lot at your parking needs. After you get your food, just walk up to the parking lot border wall and use that as a pseudo table and ENJOY! My friends, dine with confidence that this place is legit the best bang for your buck taco in town!!

Pulled up to El Primo during the day and let me tell you — that carne asada quesadilla was next level. One of the best I’ve had in a long time. The meat was juicy, flavorful, and grilled to perfection. Cheese was melted just right, and the tortilla had that perfect golden crisp without being greasy. What really sealed it for me? The unlimited toppings bar — fresh cilantro, diced onions, limes, radishes, salsas, and more. Gave it that authentic Mexican street food vibe that’s hard to find. It felt like I was eating straight off a corner in CDMX. Fast service, chill setup, and food that hits hard. El Primo isn’t just a taco truck — it’s a whole experience. I’m definitely coming back.

Docking one star only because it’s not the most consistent — depending on the night, the meats can vary slightly in seasoning or tenderness. But when it hits, it really hits. Pro tip: Bring cash, grab a few tacos, load up on salsa, and maybe snag some churros from the stand next door. It’s a parking lot feast that rivals any sit-down spot in town.

Came here while in LA with a friend. This place is just on the side of the road and I was skeptical but pretty happy afterwards! Good: - Really quick service and they're definitely pros! - Cheap prices and good tacos - I loved getting 3 different ones, and you can put on whatever toppings you want on top of it - fresh and filling - Lots of free toppings Bad: - Not a lot of space to sit and if it's a cold day you just have to eat on the side of the road and suffer Overall enjoyed the experience and would come if I needed a cheap meal in LA!

Great taco joint. Purveyors are friendly, food tasty. Can’t beat $1 tacos. The meat could be a bit better seasoned but otherwise it’s a fantasy representation of the LA street tacos scene.
